Job Title: General Manager – High-Energy Casual Dining Concept

Location: Cape Girardeau, MO

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 base salary + bonus + full benefits

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, sports-driven casual dining restaurant in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations including service, kitchen coordination, staffing, and guest experience
• Manage P&L performance, including labor control, food cost, and operating expenses
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop both management and hourly team members
• Create schedules and labor plans to maintain efficiency while supporting business volume
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and operational execution
• Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders to build a strong leadership bench
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and hospitality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager or senior management experience
• Experience leading high-volume casual dining or sports-bar style operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, labor planning, and cost controls
• Proven ability to hire, train, and retain strong teams
• Hands-on leadership style with strong guest interaction skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
