We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead daily operations of a fast-paced, guest-focused dessert and café concept. This role is ideal for a strong hospitality leader who thrives in a high-energy environment, builds great teams, and is excited about growing with an expanding brand. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations while preparing to grow into an Area Manager role as the company continues to expand.

Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for leading the restaurant’s operations, financial performance, team development, and guest experience. This leader will build and mentor a high-performing team, ensure operational excellence, and drive sales while maintaining the brand’s standards for quality, service, and culture.
This position offers a unique growth opportunity for a leader who is interested in advancing into a multi-unit Area Manager role as new locations open.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations including service, staffing, and product quality
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of supervisors and hourly staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing levels to meet business demands
  • Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational execution
  • Drive sales through team leadership, community engagement, and strong guest relationships
  • Monitor financial performance including P&L, inventory, and cost controls
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to support business growth
  • Implement systems and processes that support operational consistency
  • Partner with ownership to support new location openings and long-term expansion
  • Prepare to transition into a multi-unit leadership role as additional locations are developed
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Experience managing labor, inventory, and operational costs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • High standards for guest service and operational execution
  • Passion for hospitality and building positive team cultures
  • Desire to grow into a multi-unit leadership role
