The Kitchen Manager is a critical leader within the restaurant, responsible for overseeing all back-of-house operations. This role ensures food quality, safety, and consistency while driving kitchen efficiency, cost control, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight of all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, preparation, and presentation
- Maintain a strong presence in the kitchen, supporting the team during prep and peak service times
- Manage food costs, inventory levels, and ordering processes to meet budget and profitability goals
- Ensure adherence to all recipes, portioning, and brand standards
- Lead hiring, training, and development of back-of-house team members, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
- Monitor kitchen performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, speed of service, and overall execution
- Partner with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
- Oversee scheduling and labor management to align with business needs and financial targets
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning kitchen environment at all times
