Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Denver area. The ideal Restaurant Manager is a driven, team-focused leader who excels at developing people, growing sales and profits, and creating a fun, values-driven culture while delivering strong operational results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations, setting clear direction and driving overall performance
• Develop team members while improving sales, profitability, and operational results
• Recruit, train, and coach staff to consistently reflect company values and culture
• Bring a positive, team-oriented mindset with creativity, strong work ethic, and commitment to long-term success

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: up to $65,000

Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of current experience as a Restaurant Manager in full-service or fast casual concepts
• Proven success in high-volume environments with annual sales exceeding $3M
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Actively involved in recruiting, training, and developing hourly team members
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and build strong community relationships
• High level of motivation, professionalism, and commitment to achieving results
