Executive Chef – Ultra Luxury Resort, Saratoga, WY
Salary: Up to $110,000, open for negotiation with the right candidate. This position is also eligible for a 12.5% annual service fee payout and an additional 12.5% short-term incentive bonus.
About the Opportunity
Gecko Hospitality is conducting a search for an Executive Chef on behalf of an ultra luxury resort property in Saratoga, Wyoming. This is a senior culinary leadership role at a destination property that draws guests who expect a genuinely exceptional dining experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading all culinary operations for the resort, including menu development, food quality, kitchen standards, and cost controls
- Overseeing a team of culinary professionals across meal periods and outlets
- Managing food and labor costs with a working knowledge of financial statements and forecasting
- Driving the creative direction of the menu while maintaining consistency in execution
- Partnering with front of house leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Upholding the resort's standards for service, presentation, and hospitality at every level
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a comparable senior culinary leadership role
- Experience in a luxury, fine dining, or resort environment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a culinary team
- Strong understanding of BOH operations including food cost management, ordering, and scheduling
- Comfort working in a seasonal, high-expectation environment with a genuine service mindset
- Ownership mentality and a growth-oriented approach to the role
Housing
On-site housing may be available at $450 to $650 per month for individual candidates.
