Title of Position: Pastry Chef
Job Description: As our Pastry Chef, you'll be the creative force behind our dessert menu, crafting unique and mouth-watering pastries that keep our customers coming back for more. You'll manage all aspects of the pastry department, from designing dessert menus to sourcing ingredients and overseeing the baking process. You'll also be responsible for training and leading a team of junior pastry chefs, ensuring they maintain high standards of quality and hygiene. Qualifications:
- The Executive Pastry Chef must have culinary experience in a supervisory or management role with a minimum of 5 years of pastry preparation and 3 years in management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for the Executive Pastry Chef
- The Executive Pastry Chef must be available on holidays, weekends, events, and other peak periods of the restaurant business
- The ability to work with others to design, implement, and continuously improve the systems and procedures that lead to success is required for the Executive Pastry Chef
