Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring strong execution in service, quality, and cleanliness
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and crew members
• Drive sales through local store marketing, community engagement, and operational excellence
• Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing levels to meet business needs
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost controls to protect profitability
• Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and brand compliance
• Build a positive, accountable culture focused on teamwork and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in fast casual or quick service
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and retaining teams
• Solid understanding of P&L, food cost, and labor management
• High energy, hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
