Guided by a visionary new CEO and CRO, our company has strategically optimized its portfolio to focus heavily on core, highly profitable markets. Following a recent $1.5M strategic investment in equipment and labor, alongside a comprehensive menu quality upgrade, the brand has achieved four consecutive months of positive store sales, with all current restaurants operating cash-flow positive. With 2025 serving as a successful rebuild year, our roadmap dedicates 2026 to flawless operational execution and 2027 to aggressive new growth and market expansion. We are currently seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our high-volume Pittsburgh, PA location.


Job Responsibilities

As the General Manager at this PGH location, you will oversee, direct, and coordinate all aspects of operations to ensure financial targets are met and brand standards are upheld.

  • Operational Oversight: The General Manager of our PGH location is responsible for monitoring all restaurant activities, evaluating staff performance, managing food and labor costs, budgets, sales, payroll, inventory, and cash transactions.
  • Staff Management: You will recruit, interview, hire, and train a crew of 30-60 employees, supported by 1-2 additional salaried managers and hourly supervisors.
  • Financial Management: Oversee daily financial responsibilities, monitor the budget to ensure efficient operations, and generate financial reports on restaurant performance.
  • Health, Safety, & Customer Service: Address and resolve customer feedback to ensure exceptional service, while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Leadership & Culture: Embody the desired culture of the organization, leading by example and fostering mentoring relationships within the team.


Job Qualifications

To qualify for the General Manager position at our PGH location, candidates must possess the following:

  • Industry Experience: A proven background in high-volume, fast-paced casual dining, fast food, or contract dining. (Hotel or country club backgrounds are not a fit).
  • Operational Skills: Strong back-of-house (BOH) and kitchen operations competency is strictly required, including experience with kitchen machinery and open flames.
  • Leadership Style: Must be an articulate, situational leader who excels at training and mentoring.
  • Management Competency: Highly comfortable with conflict management, driving accountability, and consistently upholding strict brand standards.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for an entire 50-55 hour work week (5 days), and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.


Compensation & Benefits

The General Manager at this PGH location will enjoy a highly competitive compensation package:

  • Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience).
  • Bonus Structure: Highly lucrative monthly bonus based on 2.5% of restaurant EBITDA (yielding up to $25,000+ annually for high-volume stores).
  • Healthcare: Health insurance (PPO plan) is 100% fully paid for the General Manager and their family.
  • Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of vacation starts accruing immediately with no rollover, increasing to 3 weeks after 5 years of tenure.
