Position Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused café environment. This role ensures exceptional service, strong team performance, and consistent execution of quality food and beverage standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on developing teams, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen coordination
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment for guests and staff
  • Monitor and manage labor, food, and operational costs to meet financial targets
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and shift execution to maintain optimal efficiency
  • Uphold company standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members
  • Drive sales through suggestive selling, local marketing efforts, and strong operational execution
  • Maintain inventory levels and oversee ordering processes
Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or café environment
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and guest service abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
