Position Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a high-volume, casual dining environment. This role ensures exceptional guest service, strong team performance, and consistent execution of food and beverage standards while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
- Lead, train, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders to deliver consistent service excellence
- Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction by addressing concerns quickly and professionally
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor management to ensure efficient operations and cost control
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and cleanliness to maintain a welcoming environment
- Support financial performance by managing labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
- Assist in achieving sales goals through operational execution and guest engagement
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance management of team members
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service flow and timely order execution
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
