Restaurant Manager – Glassboro, NJ

Position Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily operations in a fast-paced, high-energy dining environment. This role ensures exceptional guest service, efficient operations, and strong financial performance while developing a motivated and high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a quick-service or fast-casual setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house service and kitchen execution
  • Lead, train, and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction, resolving issues quickly and professionally
  • Manage labor, food costs, and overall expenses to meet profitability targets
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak and off-peak hours
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control waste
  • Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and local store marketing initiatives
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards throughout the restaurant
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff
Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service or fast-casual environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Solid understanding of cost controls and operational efficiency
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
