The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily operations in a fast-paced, high-energy dining environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house service and kitchen execution
- Lead, train, and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction, resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Manage labor, food costs, and overall expenses to meet profitability targets
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak and off-peak hours
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control waste
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and local store marketing initiatives
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards throughout the restaurant
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service or fast-casual environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Solid understanding of cost controls and operational efficiency
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
