Title of Position - Restaurant Managing Partner

Job Description: The Restaurant Managing Partner will oversee store operations through our Core Values and with our Core Values as their guide, will have true ownership in our company. The Restaurant Managing Partner is responsible for overseeing all operations from customer service excellence to providing superb quality cuisine. The person in this position will be able to build a strong team through strong hands-on mentoring as well as building profit through marketing and exceptional customer service. The Restaurant Managing Partner Must have a strong understanding of P&L management as well as the ability to analyze financial trends.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant Managing Partner must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity
• Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant Managing Partner
• The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant Managing Partner
• The Restaurant Managing Partner must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
• The Managing Partner will be financially invested in the company including an upfront fee that is returned at the five year mark or at separation if prior.

· This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant General Manager
