Location: Peoria, IL

Salary: $65K - $84K Total Compensation Package Potential



Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Director of Corporate Sales to lead the sales efforts for three select service, nationally branded hotels. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hotel sales experience with nationally recognized brands, a proactive approach to driving revenue, and a passion for building strong relationships within the community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals for all three properties.
  • Corporate Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new corporate accounts while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in local community affairs, networking events, and business organizations to promote the hotels and build strong community ties.
  • Sales Calls & Outreach: Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients to showcase the hotels' offerings and secure business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the General Managers and Revenue Management teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to hotel leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of hotel sales experience with nationally branded select service hotels.
  • Personality: Energetic, outgoing, and proactive with a passion for sales and relationship building.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Community Involvement: Willingness to actively engage in community affairs and represent the hotels at local events.
  • Sales-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Travel: Ability to travel locally as needed for sales calls and community events.
