We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced General Manager to lead food and beverage operations within a premier private luxury residential community in the Jupiter, FL area. This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality leader who understands that in this environment, relationships are the operation.

The Opportunity

This community operates multiple food and beverage outlets including a full-service restaurant, outdoor bars, cabana service, and a social hall supporting banquet and private events. The operation is supported by stable HOA-backed revenue, with no rent or utility overhead, creating an environment where the emphasis is entirely on delivering an exceptional resident experience rather than managing financial volatility.

Residents are not guests passing through. They live here. They dine here regularly. They expect to be known, welcomed, and taken care of at a level that reflects the community they have invested in. The General Manager is the face of that experience.

What We Are Looking For

A proven restaurant General Manager with country club, resort outlet, or private community experience. You lead with presence and genuine hospitality. You are comfortable in a room, confident with people, and skilled at building the kind of relationships that turn residents into advocates. You understand event programming, collaborate well with lifestyle and activities teams, and hold your front of house to a consistent, high standard.

Chain restaurant backgrounds are not a fit for this role. We are looking for someone who has operated in an environment where culture and guest experience drive everything.

Compensation

Base salary to $100,000 with a performance bonus structured to be realistically attainable. Total compensation is competitive for the market and reflective of the seniority of the role.
