We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Chef to lead culinary operations within a premier private luxury residential community in the Jupiter, FL area. This is an opportunity for a culinary leader who values consistency, takes pride in process, and understands that in a residential community setting, the kitchen is an extension of the home.


The Opportunity


This operation supports a full-service restaurant, outdoor bars, cabana service, and a social hall used for banquet and private events. The culinary program is established and structured. The right candidate will bring the discipline to execute it at a high level, the creativity to introduce two to three weekly specials that keep the experience fresh, and the professionalism to engage meaningfully with residents and collaborate with the lifestyle and events team.


Residents dine here consistently and frequently. They notice quality, consistency, and the people behind it. The Chef in this role is not invisible. Visibility, approachability, and genuine hospitality are part of the expectation.


What We Are Looking For


A Culinary Director, Executive Sous Chef, or strong CDC profile with country club, resort, or private community experience. You lead a kitchen with discipline, manage inventory and food cost with precision, and bring a calm, professional presence to everything you do. You are not looking to rebuild or reinvent. You are looking for a well-supported environment where executing at a high level every day is the standard.

Fine dining and chain restaurant backgrounds are not the target profile for this search. Club, resort, and private community experience translates directly. Independent upscale restaurant experience will be considered on a case by case basis.


Compensation


Base salary of $90,000 to $95,000 based on experience. Stable, HOA-backed operation with no rent or utility overhead and a supportive ownership structure focused on long term success.
