What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily kitchen and service flow across multiple concepts
• Train, coach, and support FOH & BOH team members
• Keep quality, consistency, and standards on point
• Help with inventory, ordering, and invoices
• Support hiring, interviews, and staffing plans
• Handle sensitive team info professionally
• Show up ready to lead and deliver great guest experiences

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

• Have kitchen experience and want more responsibility
• Can lead by example and stay calm under pressure
• Communicate clearly with your team and managers
• Are comfortable using POS and scheduling apps
• Can work 35+ hours per week and stay active on your feet

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• English communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Able to pass a background check
• Willing to complete Food Manager ServSafe & TIPS training
