Multi‑Property Hotel Portfolio

Salary: $95,000 – $125,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Overview

A growing hotel ownership and management group is seeking a Senior Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and execution across a multi‑brand hotel portfolio. This role partners closely with executive leadership and operations to ensure compliance, consistency, and a strong people‑first culture.


Key Responsibilities

Lead HR strategy and oversight across full‑service and select‑service hotels

Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and brand HR standards

Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance issues

Partner with operations on labor strategy, retention, and workforce planning

Support General Managers with coaching, investigations, and corrective action

Guide recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and training initiatives

Standardize HR processes while supporting a growing, multi‑property platform


Qualifications

• 5+ years Marriott experience required (full‑service and select‑service)

Multi‑property or corporate hotel HR leadership experience preferred

Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

Experience supporting General Managers and executive leadership

Practical, decisive, and solutions‑oriented leadership style


Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $95,000 – $125,000, dependent on experience

Bonus eligibility
