What You'll Do

  • Actively participate in service during all operating hours, leading by example on the floor
  • Coordinate pre-shift meetings with staff to set the tone for each shift
  • Develop product knowledge through ongoing training seminars
  • Manage all HR duties including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Foster meaningful relationships with regular clientele
  • Drive guest check average and meet labor targets
  • Uphold high standards of quality across all Food and Beverage programs

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of Full-Service or Fast-Casual Restaurant GM experience
  • Proven experience managing and developing hourly team members
  • A passion for service and genuine commitment to the guest experience
  • Conceptual understanding of operational controls and financial statements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, winning attitude, and commitment to continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $65,000 – $85,000 annually
  • Closed on 4 major holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day) — all paid days off
  • Managers work a half day every other week (two 5-day and two 4.5-day work weeks per 4-week period)
  • 6th day pay if required to work beyond a 5-day workweek (1/5 of weekly salary)
