We are a leading, fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand known for serving up fresh, bold flavors that keep our guests coming back for more. We are searching for a scrappy, highly creative Senior Director of Marketing to take our brand to the next level. If you love dreaming up innovative ideas and turning them into highly effective campaigns, this role is for you. In this position, you will lead and mentor a talented marketing team of approximately five professionals. You will enjoy a flexible, hybrid work schedule and a highly competitive salary range of $160,000 to $170,000.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage, mentor, and grow a dedicated marketing team of 5 people, fostering a collaborative and highly creative environment.
  • Drive Strategy: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Execute Campaigns: Build scrappy, high-impact marketing campaigns that stand out in the competitive QSR space.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee the marketing budget to ensure optimal return on investment across all channels.
  • Analyze Performance: Track and report on key metrics, using data to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with operations, culinary, and executive teams to ensure all marketing efforts align with core business goals.
Qualifications
  • University or college degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of senior-level marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record of success supporting a national chain; restaurant marketing experience is required.
  • Deep expertise in loyalty programs, online ordering ecosystems, and customer data platforms (CDPs), with the ability to turn insights into growth-focused strategies.
  • Strong command of digital marketing and social media, with proficiency in Google Analytics, including GA4, to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Scrappy, solutions-oriented mindset with a history of delivering high-impact results in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams, including experience managing a small but agile marketing function.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, presentation, and writing skills, paired with a creative and innovative approach to brand-building.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly in a constantly changing business environment.
  • Data-driven and commercially minded, with the strategic judgment to align marketing initiatives with guest engagement, traffic, and revenue objectives.
