Senior Line Cook – Upscale Restaurant

An acclaimed, chef-driven restaurant in Bethlehem is seeking an experienced Senior Line Cook to join its culinary team. Our concept focuses on seasonal American cuisine, elevated presentation, and exceptional guest experiences. We’re looking for a career cook who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items to exact specifications with consistency, speed, and attention to detail during high-volume service
• Own and maintain your assigned station, including mise en place, organization, cleanliness, and breakdown
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Train and mentor junior line cooks and support staff on technique, recipes, and kitchen procedures
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and prep lists as directed by Sous Chef and Executive Chef
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams to deliver seamless service
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with all health department regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years of line cook experience in high-volume, upscale casual or fine dining restaurants
• Strong knife skills and proficiency on sauté, grill, and/or pantry stations
• Deep understanding of food safety, HACCP, and sanitation practices
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands
• Reliable transportation and professional work ethic
• Must adhere to strict grooming standards: clean-shaven with no facial hair and no visible tattoos while in uniform
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
