Event Sales Manager – Chicago, IL (Upscale Events Space)
We seek a seasoned, results-driven Event Sales Manager to lead private event bookings for our premier Chicago restaurant and event venue. This is a full-time, proactive sales role for a detail-oriented professional with hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop targeted sales strategies. Drive lead generation to maximize revenue.
- Build strong client relationships. Conduct engaging venue tours. Negotiate contracts.
- Plan and coordinate private event logistics. Ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams.
- Provide dedicated on-site event support. Maintain detailed sales reporting.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of event sales management experience.
- 2+ years of high-volume restaurant experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- TripleSeat experience is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000–$55,000 base, with total compensation exceeding $100,000.
