We are searching for a Director of Revenue Management—available to work remote, hybrid, or onsite—who can stare down historical data to forecast demand without relying on a magic eight ball. Before we talk about how you will orchestrate total revenue optimization, let us clear the air on the single, non-negotiable rule for this position: you MUST HAVE MARRIOTT EXPERIENCE. If navigating the Marriott ecosystem feels like trying to read a foreign language in the dark, this is not the role for you, but if you already speak it fluently, your next big career move is waiting.


We need a strategic pricing mastermind who knows exactly how to sell the right product to the right guest at the absolute right time, all while wrestling OTA and GDS channels to keep acquisition costs aggressively in check. You will be the undisputed commander of RMS, PMS, and channel managers, utilizing tools like IDeas to configure data so beautifully it belongs in an art gallery. When it comes to inventory and length-of-stay controls, you treat your room availability like a velvet-rope VIP section, making sure the right mix gets in while protecting the house.


Beyond managing daily capacity, you will spend your time stalking competitors on Demand360 to ruthlessly benchmark the market and steal back market share. We are looking for someone who can expertly evaluate wholesale contracts and group strategy without letting transient demand slip through the cracks. Add in the heavy lifting of annual budgeting and daily P&L responsibility, and you become the critical financial anchor that prevents property owners from crying over variance reports.


Naturally, being a yield management genius only works if you can explain your brilliant strategies to the sales and marketing teams without causing their eyes to glaze over. You will lead weekly revenue meetings, drive change management with owners and franchisees, and build a revenue culture that actually translates to the guest experience on the ground.
