Most recently serving as Director of Rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Delray Beach, she guided front office and housekeeping operations and led a successful restructuring of departmental teams. Prior to that role, she spent four years as Director of Operations at HGI Palm Beach Gardens, overseeing front office performance, staff development, and guest relations for a 180‑room property with event space and a public restaurant. Her background also includes progressive leadership roles in HR, accounting, and front office management at Waterstone Resort and Marina, the Brazilian Court Hotel, the W Hotel Los Angeles, and The Breakers.
