My name is Nikki Riepenhoff, and I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in hospitality leadership, operations management, and team development. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to lead teams across multiple markets, helping properties improve operations, strengthen workplace culture, and build successful, guest-focused environments. Those experiences have allowed me to develop strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for connecting with people from all walks of life.
