District Manager – Multi-Unit Restaurant Leadership

We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations within a growing organization. This role is responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and team development across the market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and Assistant Managers
• Monitor daily business performance and provide real-time coaching
• Ensure restaurants are fully staffed and operating efficiently
• Review financial results, budgets, and performance reports to drive profitability
• Oversee hiring and build a strong bench for future growth
• Maintain high standards in operations, inventory controls, and brand execution
• Execute marketing initiatives and ensure consistency across all locations
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with company standards
• Support leadership development and promote from within

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience
• Previous multi-unit leadership experience required
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L performance
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive results
• High level of accountability, organization, and communication skills
