Job Description: The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the overall operations for the Back of House and kitchen area of the restaurant. Our Kitchen Manager will use the finest quality ingredients, prepared using old fashioned approaches including wood fire grilling and slow roasting to bring out the best flavors. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for embracing and promoting our culture, ensuring Team Members provide the highest quality cuisine and will serve as an ambassador for our brand, through strong leadership and a contagious positive attitude. The right person will be able to balance this with their administrative duties, handling the finances and P&L of the restaurant, building sales and profits through cost control analysis.
