• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all ingredients
• Assist with kitchen organization and daily prep list execution
• Support the culinary team to ensure smooth service operations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Prep Chef or in a similar kitchen role
• Strong knife skills and understanding of food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
