Location: Fort Myers, FL
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 + performance-based incentives and benefits
An established fast-casual restaurant concept known for its strong guest following, streamlined operations, and people-first culture is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys developing teams, maintaining high standards, and playing a hands-on role in a growing business.
You'll work alongside the General Manager to drive execution, support team development, and ensure every guest receives a consistently positive experience.
What You Will Do
- Support daily restaurant operations across service, production, and hospitality
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching hourly team members
- Help manage labor, scheduling, and shift execution
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Support sales-building initiatives and community engagement efforts
- Lead by example during peak service periods and high-volume shifts
- Assist in achieving financial and operational performance goals
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience
- Fast-casual, quick-service, café, bakery, or casual dining experience preferred
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
- Experience training and developing hourly teams
- Working knowledge of labor management, food cost controls, and inventory systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Compensation & Details
- Base salary: $50,000–$60,000
