Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager must take decisive action to achieve excellent results. Our Restaurant General Manager will assist the District Manager and the management team in the overall operations of the restaurant. Duties will include but not be limited to staffing, scheduling and training of new employees, maintaining food and labor cost according to company policy, and assist in administrative functions delegated by the District Manager. This position requires an Assistant Manager with talent for mentoring others and providing exceptional service to your guests.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant Assistant Manager must have 3+ years of experience in a high volume restaurant.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others is necessary for the Restaurant Assistant Manager
• A solid track record in achieving financial results is necessary for the Restaurant Assistant Manager
