Salary: $60,000–$65,000

A luxury hotel in Nashville is seeking a polished and guest-obsessed Guest Experience Manager to help create thoughtful, personal, and memorable moments throughout the guest journey.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands that luxury lives in the details. The Guest Experience Manager will support VIP arrivals, special requests, service recovery, guest recognition, and cross-department communication to ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for from pre-arrival through departure.

What You’ll Do

Create warm, personalized guest experiences across the hotel

Support VIP arrivals, special occasions, amenities, and guest preferences

Anticipate guest needs and respond with care, urgency, and professionalism

Partner with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Rooms leadership

Assist with service recovery and follow-through on guest concerns

Champion Forbes-level service standards and a culture of genuine hospitality

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of luxury hotel guest experience, front office, or rooms experience

Forbes standards experience, from a Forbes Four or Five Star hotel

Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

A calm, polished presence with excellent judgment and emotional intelligence

Someone who loves creating meaningful moments for guests and supporting the team behind the scenes
