Title of Position: Resaturant Assistant Manager - FOH

Job Description: The Restaurant Assistant Manager will support all operations of the restaurant. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing the hourly staff and management team. As the Restaurant Assistant Manager, you'll help set the tone for the restaurant and ensure all team members are treated with respect and encouragement. You will also assist with administrative functions, such as product ordering, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring income statements. Maintaining excellent vendor communications and forming professional relationships with local community organizations will also be important. The Restaurant Assistant Manager will be accountable for supporting the restaurant's successes.

Qualifications: 

• Experience in a high-volume environment for 2+ years as an Restaurant Assistant Manager is preferred 
• The Restaurant Assistant Manager should be proficient in achieving solid financial results 
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is required 
• The Restaurant Assistant Manager should consistently support the operation's success
