Job Summary

The Controller serves as a strategic leader within Finance & Accounting team, partnering closely with the Director of Finance to build a modern, scalable, and technology-driven accounting function that supports the portfolio’s continued growth.

While ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the Company's financial reporting remains a core responsibility, this role extends beyond traditional accounting leadership. The Controller is expected to challenge existing processes, identify opportunities for automation, maximize the capabilities of existing technology, and introduce innovative solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and collaboration across the organization.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly collaborative, and energized by solving problems through technology and process improvement. This individual understands that Accounting exists not only to report financial results but to provide meaningful insight and operational support that helps drive better business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or combination of experience in field is preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Multi-property accounting experience preferred.
• Hotel or hospitality accounting experience strongly preferred.
