Job Responsibilities:

As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager in Fargo, North Dakota, you will report directly to the Restaurant General Manager and:

• Coach, develop, and manage a team of hourly employees
• Support all guest-related services and ensure every visit reflects the brand's standards
• Adhere to and enforce all restaurant operational standards
• Assist in overseeing daily operations from open to close
• Ensure staff compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Help manage food and labor costs against weekly budgets
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members
• Assist with weekly inventory and scheduling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment
• Help maintain staffing levels that support consistent service
• Oversee food quality and presentation on assigned shifts
• Ensure all required operational programs are accurate and complete
