Edward brings something most recruiters can’t: he’s lived the work from every angle.

For ten years, he owned and operated Papagayo Mexican Restaurant & Cantina, building teams and developing people in the kind of high-pressure environment hospitality leaders know all too well. From there, he moved into HR, mastering onboarding, compliance, and the full employee lifecycle. Most recently, as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, he managed full-cycle hiring across hospitality, sales, manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare in high-volume, multi-location environments.

Now he brings all three perspectives together:

Recently relocated to Connecticut for his son’s education, Edward stays active in his new community by coaching soccer and volunteering with the local ski program. New England has quickly become home.
