He built his career on full cycle recruiting, sourcing strategy, and multi-unit staffing, filling everything from Executive Chef and General Manager roles to C-suite positions.
As Talent Acquisition Manager at Studio Movie Grill, Thomas led a Workday ATS rollout in under eight months while supporting hiring across 30 plus locations. At Raising Cane’s, he staffed 60 plus restaurants throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Alabama. His path also includes recruiting leadership roles at Gecko Hospitality, TGI Friday’s, Ovations Food Services, Dave & Buster’s, and Brinker International.
