Title of Position: Territory Operations Manager

Job Description: As a Territory Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations. This includes overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, managing event logistics and staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. You will also handle financial responsibilities such as budgeting and forecasting, as well as vendor management. Additionally, you will conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure all equipment and amenities are in excellent condition. Monitoring staff performance and providing ongoing training to maintain high service standards will also be part of your role. In addition, you will work closely with other departments to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure the smooth execution of events. Your role will involve working on-site during events to oversee operations and address any issues that may arise. Overall, you will play a vital role in maintaining our venue's high standards and providing exceptional experiences for our guests.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years experience in managing a high volume of sports entertainment venues, preferably across multiple states

· Strong leadership skills with previous experience managing and motivating a team

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

· Extensive knowledge of event planning, logistics, and facility management

· Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
