General Manager

An established, high-volume fast casual restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of its locations in the Greater Naples area. This is an opportunity for a proven restaurant leader who enjoys developing people, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding guest experiences while achieving strong financial results. You'll have the autonomy to lead your restaurant with the support of an established organization that values performance and career growth.

What You Will Do

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members.
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses to achieve financial goals.
• Drive sales through operational excellence and a consistent guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards.
• Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to improve results.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational discipline.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and guest-focused restaurant environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous General Manager experience in a fast casual or quick-service restaurant.
• Strong background leading high-volume restaurant operations.
• Experience managing P&L performance, labor, food cost, and overall profitability.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Compensation & Details

• Starting Salary: $65,000 annually
