Director of Franchise Operations

Location: Central New Jersey
Salary: Up to $120,000

A growing restaurant and hospitality organization in Central New Jersey is seeking an experienced Director of Franchise Operations to help lead and support the continued growth of its franchise portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, entrepreneurial restaurant leader who brings a strong background in franchise and multi-unit operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive operational consistency, accountability, profitability, and brand standards across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

Oversee and support day-to-day operational performance across franchise locations
Drive consistency in brand standards, food quality, service, and guest experience
Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including sales, labor, food cost, and profitability
Conduct regular restaurant visits and operational assessments
Coach and develop restaurant leadership teams to improve performance and execution
Develop and implement scalable systems, procedures, and operational best practices
Support new restaurant openings from pre-opening planning through successful launch and stabilization
Identify performance gaps and create actionable plans for improvement
Partner with executive leadership on franchise growth and operational strategy

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of progressive restaurant operations leadership experience
Strong franchise operations and/or multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
Proven success managing and supporting multiple restaurant locations
Strong P&L knowledge and understanding of restaurant financial and operational KPIs
Experience developing high-performing restaurant leadership teams
New restaurant opening and franchise growth experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive accountability and results
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a growing organization
Ability to travel throughout the region as needed
