A high-volume, upscale casual restaurant known for its scratch kitchen menu, full bar program, and guest-first culture is hiring a Front of House Manager for its Wichita location. This is a hospitality-driven leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, knows how to run a strong shift, and takes real ownership of the guest experience.

What You Bring

•     2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience

•     Genuine, expert-level hospitality instincts and a guest-first mindset

•     Strong communication and organizational skills

What You'll Own

•     Lead and engage with team members and guests on the floor

•     Maintain a strong presence across the dining room, bar, and front door to ensure guests are well taken care of and service standards are consistently executed

•     Oversee training and development of the hourly front-of-house team

•     Build and manage the front-of-house schedule

•     Interview, hire, and develop front-of-house staff to maintain full staffing

•     Manage bar inventory and ordering

•     Conduct bi-weekly inventory of wine, liquor, and beer with the team

•     Partner closely with the General Manager to keep operations running smoothly

Compensation & Perks

•     Base salary $58,000–$68,000, based on experience

•     Bonus paid every 4 weeks, based on restaurant profitability — recent average payout for this role has run about $9,500 annually
