Title of Position – Restaurant General Manager 

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of the restaurant operations. To be successful Restaurant General Manager you must first build an exceptional team, recruiting, hiring, training, developing, mentoring and maintaining a quality staff leads to consistent turnout on all levels from the Front of House to the Back of House. Administrative duties include but are not limited to: strong P&L analysis skills, cost control, completing financial reports in a timely manner, delegating throughout the rest of the management team and maintaining staff files. Our Restaurant General Manager should have a positive attitude and be goal oriented and results driven.

Qualifications: 

• Three plus years of general management experience in a high volume atmosphere is a must for the Restaurant General Manager 
• A requirement for the Restaurant General Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others 
• The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results 
• Honesty, integrity and a love for customer satisfaction are all qualities that the Restaurant General Manager should possess
