Performance Objectives

• Drive Operational Excellence: Achieve and surpass performance metrics by fostering a culture of operational integrity and efficiency across your district, ensuring that each location operates seamlessly and profitably.
• Cultivate Exceptional Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction scores by 15% within your first six months, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
• Lead and Develop Teams: Inspire and mentor unit managers and staff to exceed performance goals—conduct regular evaluations and offer continuous development opportunities, promoting internal growth.
• Ensure Brand Consistency: Uphold brand standards across all locations, executing promotion and marketing strategies to maintain brand integrity and drive sales growth.
• Manage Financial Performance: Oversee and optimize the financial health of the district including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, aiming to increase profitability by 10% in the first year.
• Community Engagement: Strengthen presence in local communities by initiating and supporting community events and partnerships that align with our brand values.

Environment & Resources

Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, your team will include Restaurant General Managers from each location under your supervision. You'll have access to business intelligence tools, budgeting software, and comprehensive support from corporate resources to help make each restaurant a shining beacon of success.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management with at least 3-5 years leading successful teams in the food & beverages industry.
• Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and achieving financial targets.
• Strong ability to mentor and develop talent, with a genuine passion for fostering growth.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
