What You’ll Do

As Restaurant General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the restaurant’s day-to-day success while creating an environment where both guests and team members want to be.

You will:

Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the restaurant team
Recruit, hire, train, and retain great employees
Drive exceptional guest service and operational standards
Manage sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and profitability
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
Review operating results and develop action plans to improve performance

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
Strong leadership and people-development skills
Proven ability to drive sales and control costs
Experience with budgeting, inventory, labor, and restaurant financials
A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
