Surveillance Supervisor

A premier gaming and entertainment destination is seeking an experienced Surveillance Supervisor to join its leadership team. This position plays a key role in protecting company assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the integrity of gaming operations.

Position Summary

The Surveillance Supervisor oversees surveillance activities across gaming and cash handling operations, monitors gaming activity, and assists with shift leadership responsibilities. This role supports the Surveillance Manager and helps ensure all operations comply with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor gaming, cashiering, cage, slot, count room, and back-of-house activities.
• Identify and report unusual, suspicious, or non-compliant activity.
• Assist in supervising and developing Surveillance Team Members.
• Support training initiatives and ongoing team development.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assume leadership responsibilities during management absences.
• Promote a positive and professional guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of casino surveillance experience in a high-volume gaming environment with table games.
• Strong knowledge of gaming regulations, internal controls, and surveillance procedures.
• Excellent observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a smoking environment where applicable.
