A well-established, off-premise catering company based in Connecticut is seeking an experienced End-to-End Event Manager to lead its strategic expansion into corporate catering. For over a decade, this business has built a strong reputation for handcrafted, eclectic cuisine, serving weddings, corporate functions, festivals, and private events throughout Middlesex County and beyond. Known for signature dishes like gourmet mac-and-cheese, five-cheese grilled sandwiches, and creative themed menus, the company is now pivoting toward stable, year-round corporate contracts, including drop-off service and larger staffed events for 100 to 150+ employees.

The Role

The ideal candidate will operate as a true partner in the business, capable of leading events from concept to completion without requiring constant oversight. Core responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating catering events from initial booking through execution
• Managing on-site logistics, staffing, and setup for both drop-off and full-service events
• Overseeing day-of execution to ensure a seamless guest and client experience
• Bringing strong organizational and leadership skills to every stage of the process
• Partnering with ownership to support the company's transition into consistent, high-margin corporate catering

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in event management, catering operations, or as an event/catering chef
• Demonstrated ability to lead independently, from planning through on-site execution
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and client satisfaction
• Comfort operating at a senior or partner-level capacity within a growing business

Compensation
