What You'll Be Doing

As General Manager, you'll be the leader who brings energy, direction, and consistency to the operation. You'll build a team that enjoys coming to work while delivering an outstanding experience for every customer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Hiring, training, coaching, and developing a great team
• Creating a positive, supportive workplace where employees feel valued
• Driving sales, controlling costs, and managing labor and inventory
• Maintaining high standards for service, cleanliness, and product quality
• Building relationships with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Leading by example and making work enjoyable while holding the team accountable

What We're Looking For

• Restaurant General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Store Manager experience
• Background in quick-service, fast-casual, coffee, beverage, or similar high-volume operations
• An outgoing, positive personality with a genuine passion for people
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Experience managing labor, inventory, and operating costs
• Someone who enjoys being involved in the operation rather than managing from an office
• A hands-on leader who knows how to balance having fun with delivering results
