We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our overnight operations in Melbourne, Florida. What You'll Do

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all overnight operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of hourly associates.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Monitor labor, food costs, and inventory controls.
• Drive productivity and operational efficiency during high-volume periods.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant, quick-service, casual dining, or 24-hour operation preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver results.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
