We're seeking an accomplished Restaurant General Manager for our Fine dining chef-driven, restaurant in Evansville, Indiana. What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Proven General Manager experience in upscale or fine dining.
• Strong leadership across both front- and back-of-house operations.
• Solid financial expertise in P&L management, food and labor costs, inventory, and profitability.
