Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations, team leadership, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members while maintaining a positive, service-driven culture.
• Ensure safety standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence across the facility.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and performance goals.

• Support food and beverage operations, birthday parties, and special events.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of management experience in hospitality, restaurants, or family entertainment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Food and beverage experience and ServSafe certification are a plus.
• A hands-on leadership style and passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
