What You’ll Bring to the Table

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll work alongside the leadership team to drive restaurant performance, develop your people, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You’ll help set the tone on the floor, lead by example, and make sure the team has the tools and support to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the Team: Support hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing team members to build a strong, motivated crew.
• Own the Guest Experience: Set the standard for warm, attentive service and turn great hospitality into repeat business.
• Drive Results: Understand P&L statements, monitor financial performance, control costs, and help achieve restaurant goals.
• Keep Operations on Point: Ensure smooth daily operations, consistent food quality, and adherence to company standards.
• Protect the Standards: Maintain food safety, sanitation, security, and workplace safety requirements.
• Lead with Integrity: Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with payroll practices, employee benefits, and applicable regulations.
• Build the Culture: Create a positive, team-oriented environment where people feel supported, valued, and motivated to do their best.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that great restaurants are built by great teams.

Our ideal candidate brings:

• At least 3 years of high-volume restaurant experience
• Previous leadership experience in casual dining
• A solid understanding of P&L statements, labor, and cost controls
• A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to guest satisfaction, honesty, and integrity
• The ability to lead with confidence while staying approachable and team-focused
