About the Assistant General Manager Role:

As the Assistant General Manager in our Hellertown, PA location, you will be the right hand to the General Manager and a key leader for both FOH and BOH operations. This private restaurant group is known for doing things the right way - scratch kitchen, seasonal menus, great hospitality, and taking care of their people.

Responsibilities for the Assistant General Manager:

• Lead and inspire FOH team - hiring, training, scheduling, and developing staff
• Drive exceptional guest service and ensure every visit is memorable
• Partner with GM on P&L, labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Oversee daily operations, opening/closing, and floor management during high-volume service
• Support the strong bar program - cocktails, wine, beer - and ensure consistent execution
• Maintain standards for the indoor and outdoor dining experience
• Be a hands-on leader who leads from the front

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years as an AGM, Restaurant Manager, or FOH Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
• Experience with bar operations and inventory management
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow with a private group
• Stable work history and reliable transportation to Hellertown, PA
